The Challenge

  • On an oversaturated market, our communication challenge was to raise Bistro Dorobanți brand awareness as a suitable venue for private and corporate events, a relevant catering provider and restaurant with international cuisine
  • The customer wanted to concentrate the communication efforts in social media
  • Our strategy addresses people with medium income who are likely to have their meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) at Bistro Dorobanti, as well as companies looking for a trusted catering partner for any kind of corporate events

Objectives

  • Promotion of Bistro Dorobanți services: menu of the day, catering provider and location for corporate and private events
  • Positioning as one of the main catering provider in Bucharest
  • Increasing brand awareness among the target audience, both B2C and B2B
  • Positioning as a responsible brand, aware of the needs of the market and interested in the changes taking place in the HoReCa domain

  • Creating a strong communication strategy on social media aimed to reach both the B2C and B2B audience
